There's no way to directly buy the game outside steam at the moment. You can get a friend from a different country to gift you a steam key and it should work. That's the only method that works.
Alternatively. If you have a patreon or subscribestar account, subscribe to Gold tier or higher. Then contact me over discord or email itchv19games@gmail.com (Or even a direct message in Patreon/Subs itself), send me the email or username you used to subscribe and I will send you a steam key. This is the only way I can sell the game to people in Germany/Brazil at the moment.
I enjoy the game, but the MC is a bit of a cuck - the dude works as hard as his wife full time, yet he's always the one cooking and he's always apologising to her. The wife rules the roost and even when he has something assertive to say....he doesn't say it, he just thinks it.
I don't like playing as wimp characters. Dude needs to man up and stop confessing to everyone.
Other than that, I like what the author is trying to do with a difficult storyline. Just don't make the MC so weak, pls

Is there a way to get an updated version of it? I've seen the other replies having issues but I download it from my library and it's only chapter 5. (When opening the game it says V. Chapter 5 in the bottom right) and when I click on the Chapter 8 link it tells me I need a key?
Because Steam blocked the store pages of adult games in Germany but allowed to activate a Steam key of these games, is it possible to get a Steam key, when I pledge on Patreon?
The game is no longer available for purchase on itch.io You can buy the game on Steam (PC) or get it from supporter platforms like Patreon or Subscribestar (PC/MAC/Android).

Any chance you'd be willing to team up with somebody that owns an Apple machine and turn a proper signed Mac build for Steam? I haven't tried it, but there's a script called renotize that signs and notarizes Ren'Py Mac binaries. It requires a Mac to run the thing, along with a Developer ID cert from Apple, but the latter is part of the $99 developer program membership, so it's really mostly a matter of finding someone who owns a Mac and convincing them to download and install Xcode, sign in, and maybe download and double-click some certificate bundles if Apple still hasn't gotten that automation right. :-D
I won't be able to do support or bug fixing for mac, so I don't think I will officially support mac on steam in the near future. Not to mention the mac user base is way too small so with the effort/benefit ratio in mind is just not worth it for me.

I just sent a key to myself and tested it, indeed it doesn't let you download the paid versions. I'm looking into it but it may take time.
Edit: I just "fixed" it.
It seems you cant price files individually when payments are not available anymore because the system doesn't work somehow.
You should be able to download the latest build from your library now.

But in the case of "73red" I offered a alternative method via discord.
But it requieres a friend in another country for us germans. So its not really a solution.
